The Choir presented Alistair with a cake (made by Plum Duff of Chiswick) to celebrate his 60th birthday on 9th May 2003.

The fragment of music on the top left is the opening bar to Elgar's "The Dream of Gerontius", and the bottom right is the opening bar to Alistair's own "Dies Irae".
